JR Plastino — Owner & On-Site Lead
When you hire Dreamwork, you get the owner — not a project manager you've never met. JR Plastino personally reviews every inquiry, crafts every scope of work, and is on-site at every project from day one through the final walkthrough.
This direct-ownership model is what separates Dreamwork from larger contracting firms. Your investment is protected by someone who cares about every detail as much as you do.
Licensed & Insured
California Contractor License #1010554 (Exp. 01/31/2028). Fully insured for your protection on every project.
